Shipping + Returns


Southern Market Boutique allows customers to make online purchases with the option of shipping or local pick up in the Baytown, Texas area. We ship Monday -Friday, WORLDWIDE! Packages are shipped out by USPS with the occasional shipment method of UPS or Fedex. (Heavy packages such as weights of 15+ pounds will ship UPS or Fedex.) Please allow 1 - 2 business days for items to be processed, packaged and shipped once order is placed.

Southern Market Boutique is not responsible for lost of damaged packages once items leave our facility. All lost packages will need to be addressed with your local post office. Our team will help you with any information you may need if any problems occur. Packages shipping priority (1lb+) will have standard insurance that is added by USPS. Any additional insurance on packages is at the customers request. Please contact by email at thesouthernmarket@outlook.com before any order is placed for assistance.

  • Return Policy:

We take pride in all of our merchandise here at Southern Market Boutique but we understand that online shopping can be difficult at times. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, we do accept returns up to 7 business days from the time your item is shipped out to you. (If you have previously ordered online but did not opt in for shipping charges and item is left in store for pick up, return time frame will not be granted.) (All customers receive a email with tracking information noted when item is leaving our facility.) Returns will ONLY be accepted on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, original tags and proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Previous shipping charges will not be refunded on initial order.
